The actress posted the video on Instagram made by sons Charlie and Henry Hall on her last day of chemotherapy on January 11.

The 56-year-old actress revealed in September she had been diagnosed with breast cancer, and after an lengthy treatment process, the star has finally finished with her chemotherapy, which she hopes with keep the disease at bay.

Here's hoping Julia's last round of chemo helps her "beat" cancer for good! Dreyfus shared it on Instagram, saying: My beauty boys made this for me today, my last day of chemotherapy. "Today, I'm the one". She regularly updates fans on her progress and posts videos of her incredible support system - her family, colleagues and friends. Just before Christmas, for example, as she received a transfusion, she joked that she was "Getting ready for the holidays with my awesome Xmas cocktail".

HBO, the network in charge of Dreyfus' hit TV series "Veep", said in a statement that they would be postponing the production of the show while its star underwent treatment for the cancer. "We have one more season we're doing, which we're incredibly excited about", executive producer Frank Rich said. "But the expectation is that we will shoot again".
