Man charged with armed robbery on Northwest Side

Two sought in connection to armed robbery at convenience store in Salsibury

State Police

Police are looking for two suspects in connection with a robbery outside Walgreens at 17th and South Thursday night.

They drove the carjacked vehicle to the 3100 block of North Keating, where they committed the armed robbery, police said.

An early morning armed robbery at a Conway gas station has police searching for a suspect, according to a release from Conway police. He then knocked merchandise to the floor and took the cash register.

Surveillance video from outside of the apartment shows the three suspects, police said.

Police were unable to locate the suspect, but they did find evidence behind the Valvoline across the street, including shoes, clothes, and a weapon.

The clerk was the only person in the business at the time of the robbery.

Officer Sands says one of the asailants is described as a light-skinned man, 5 foot 8, roughly 170lbs with a face covering. There were no injuries reported. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Investigations Bureau (779-500-6551) or Crime Stoppers (815-963-7867).
