Baik Tae-hyun, spokesman of South Korea's Unification Ministry, expressed hope Wednesday that the continuing campaign of sanctions and pressure will eventually force North Korea into "making the right decision" and engaging in dialogue over its nuclear program. The group's other two members are scientists: Jang Chang-ha heads the country's Academy of National Defense Science, while Jon Il-ho is a lieutenant general in the army, according to 38 North affiliate North Korea Leadership Watch.
November was the second straight month China exported no diesel or gasoline to North Korea. It also conducted its sixth and most powerful nuclear test so far on September 3.
Pyongyang launched their Kwangmyongsong-4 satellite in February 2016, which most in the worldwide community viewed as a disguised ballistic missile test.
"Countermeasures will be orchestrated to deal with the effects, including cuts in trade volume and foreign currency inflow, lack of supplies, and reduced production in each part of the economy", the report said. As such, some countries across the Eurasian content have been accused of shipping goods and commodities to North Korea, apparently not taking the United Nation Security Council's resolution seriously.
The report said that North Korea was testing to ensure the anthrax weapon could survive the huge heat caused by the warheads re-entry. The two officials are said to be behind the missile program.
North Korea said those who voted for the sanctions would face its wrath. China has already banned the imports of several products and has also ordered North Korean companies in the country to close. The materials for their construction tend to be affordable, and their detonation tends not to leave radioactive fallout or collapse a mountain on critical research personnel. Sanctions seem to have done little to dent nuclear ambitions and expert analysis of some of the hardware developed by the North Koreans suggests it was developed from 1980s Russian plans.
North Korea has referred to President Trump as "insane" and President Trump has dubbed Kim Jong-Un as "Rocket Man" - which may or may not please him.
