Barack Obama still has 'dad moves' on David Letterman's Netflix talk show

My Next Guest Needs No Introduction: Netflix Teases Launch of David Letterman Series

In his first talk-show appearance since leaving office last January, Barack Obama confesses to flaunting his dad dance moves during a Prince performance at the White House.

Unlike his stint at "The Late Show with David Letterman", the focus of the Netflix show is to get to know the guests better in a more intimate, and personal way.

Barack Obama: Is that one of the things you do?

"This was probably three or four months before he died and Prince asks [my daughter] Sasha to come up and dance, and she's an excellent dancer", Obama said in the clip. Obama guesting on Letterman's first episode will make it his first official talk show appearance since he stepped down from presidency.

"She always mocks my dancing", he said.

There are a lot of reasons to miss President Obama: His stately demeanor, his integrity, his general competence, and, if anything, his overall likable personality. "They're trying stuff that they can't really pull off and they start doing karate kicks and all kinds of stuff". The show will premiere new episodes monthly and will feature guests like George Clooney, Malala Yousafzai, Jay-Z, Tina Fey and Howard Stern. The interviews take place both inside and outside a studio setting, with Letterman traveling to "locations far and wide", according to a Netflix press release.

We'd previously reported that the 44th President of the United States of America would be Letterman's first guest on his new show, and now we have a fresh teaser with which to whet appetites accordingly.
