Shane McMahon Announces Match At WWE Clash Of Champions & Big Main Event And Stipulation For Smackdown Live

Nakamura has been quiet on WWE television in recent weeks, but Owens and Zayn have been involved in main event matches with Orton in successive weeks, and delivered high-quality contests on both occasions.

Shinsuke Nakamura made his presence felt in Sami Zayn's match against Randy Orton on SmackDown. The boss also said that the best friends would be taking on Orton and a partner of his choosing December 17 at Clash of Champions. Orton came down and laid Owens out with an RKO, followed by Shane's announcement of the tag team match. Last week on SmackDown LIVE, SmackDown LIVE Commissioner Shane McMahon ruled that the scheduled main event match between Kevin Owens and Randy Orton would have no disqualifications and Sami Zayn would be banned from ringside.

Clash of Champions now boasts a Fatal Fourway match for the SmackDown LIVE Tag-Team Titles, and, honestly, any one of the four teams could emerge from the pay-per-view as the championship holders. As the Bludgeon Brothers are tearing through the competition on SmackDown LIVE and it surely won't be too long until the dominant tag-team are vying for the titles.
