For Musk Google's 'Clips' camera doesn't 'seem' innocent

CNET read the fine print of the Pixel 2's terms and conditions and found that Google qualifies its promise with: "Free, unlimited original-quality storage for photos and videos taken with Pixel through the end of 2020, and free, unlimited high-quality storage for photos taken with Pixel afterwards". Yes, you get the latest version of Android and everything that comes with it (although that also rolls out to most other flagships in due course), but in general, Pixel and Nexus phones have been a little too stock when it comes to additional features. The new Google Pixel Buds, due out in November and now available for pre-order, will cost $159 in the U.S. Google says the new earbuds pair with Google Assistant, and can play for 24 hours of listening time on a full charge. This irresistible offering consists in T-mobile offering a $325 discount if they join their network with one of Google's upcoming smartphones.

The news was reported when Verizon recently announced itself as the exclusive wireless partner of Google's Pixel 2 phones in the United States. In fact, Google Home Mini smart speaker is available through Verizon right now and allows users to save $50 on a speaker if they decide to participate in the trade-in offer on Verizon.

In this action-packed scenario, it will be interesting to see who among the two - Verizon or T-Mobile US - wins the battle with the maximum number of subscribers and more revenues. However, this has changed as soon as its rival T-Mobile revealed its own financing offer.

The price performance of both the US wireless operators looks impressive. It really is, and really does look like an evolutionary step compared to last year's model.

It's hard to believe, even for us at Zacks.

And this outperformance has not just been a recent phenomenon. Are you more of a 5-inch or a 6-inch person?
