Next week, the 25-year-old will premiere Simply Complicated, a YouTube-exclusive project that's the latest in a slew of pop documentaries announced by Lady Gaga, P!nk, and Katy Perry.On Tuesday (October 10), Demi gave fans a peek at what to expect with a two-minute trailer.

Demi Lovato has always given her fans insight into her life, whether it be about personal topics like mental health and body positivity.

The shot then cuts to Nick Jonas, who says, "And then this episode happened". ABC News reported that this incident was the turning point that caused Lovato to check into rehab.

'I went on like a bender for like two months, where I was using daily, ' she continues.

But Lovato says she's been sober for almost five and a half years.

Demi's documentary, Simply Complicated, comes out October 17. Watch the teaser below.

The story which is told by Demi, focuses on how she suffered with her mental and physical health in her early teens and how people around her found her hard to work with. "I realize over the time we have shared together that I feel I care more about our friendship right now". When I'm confident, I feel sexy.

As the friends continued to watch the Camp Rock footage, Matthew notes, "You're a good actress", to which Lovato quips: "Thanks, I wasn't acting much".
