Fans are excited to see Dulquer and Irrfan as both of them are powerhouse performers in their respective films. Dulquer Salmaan wanted to take his own sweet time in planning his Bollywood debut and it seems he has finally made up his mind about his dream debut in Bollywood.
Initially, Abhishek Bachchan was chosen for this role, but had to reject the offer because the dates of this film clashed with that of JP Dutta's Paltan. After winning hearts in Anjali Menon's Bangalore Days (2014), Mani Ratnam's OK Kanmani (2015), Martin Prakkat's Charlie (2015) and Rajeev Ravi's Kammattipadam (2016), Salmaan will star in an untitled movie by Akarsh Khurana along with Irrfan and Mithila Palkar (Little Things, Girl In The City). Now, the dialogue writer of Yeh Jawani Hai Deewani and 2 States, Akarsh Khurana is directing this interesting plot joining hands with Ronnie Screwvala.
Meanwhile, Dulquer is now awaiting the release of Bejoy Nambiar's Solo which will hit the screens by September.
The Bollywood film, directed by Akash Khurrana, is said to be a light hearted entertainer, with Dulquer playing a boy from Bengaluru. The shoot for his film will begin in September first week and locations will be the picturesque locales of Ooty and Kochi. And yes, we also get a glimpse of Dino Morea, who will be making his debut in Malayalam with this film.
