Visuals of actress' molestation was handed over to Dileep, says Police report

After the attack, Pulsar tried to contact, Dileep's manager Appunni many times, and the police says the actor was also with Appunni when his manager attaended those calls.

Kochi: The Angamaly First Class Judicial Magistrate Court on Saturday denied bail to Malayalam actor Dileep who has been arrested in connection with the sensational actress attack case. Earlier, the local court had remanded the actor to 14 days judicial custody. But police took two-day custody which was again extended by two days on Friday.

When Kerala Police urged the court to extend custody of Malayalam star Dileep for another day, they provided evidence that visuals of the actress molestation were already handed over to him as planned. Dileep was produced before the court on Saturday when his bail petition came up for hearing.

The report also states Dileep had instructed Suni to assemble a "capable and experienced" team for the quotation, which he gave directly and not over the phone. The police today have not sought the actor's custody any further and Dileep told the court that he did not have any complaint against police, as per manoramaonline.com.

The actor was arrested on Monday for allegedly hiring a gang of goons to attack a fellow actress due to personal grudge.

However, the embattled actor's counsel - Ram Kumar - claimed the actor has been falsely implicated in the case and the investigation team was "busy fabricating evidence against him".

The 48-year-old actor is now expected to apply for bail in a higher court. Officials believe that the phone is in Dileep's possession.
